Increase Testosterone Levels Naturally

Testosterone is the hormone, that determines all that we consider to be a part of our nature. It helps us build muscle, it is what gets us into fights, and it is what allows for hair to grow on so many places on our body.

Despite that it is sometimes inconvenient, it is our responsibility as men to support our body’s production of testosterone. And we have numerous ways for that to happen.

1. Sexual activity

First, it is a myth, that during ejaculation, you release small amounts of testosterone. This simply is not true. However, testosterone is important for the production of semen. Which means, that after you have sex, the body raises its levels of testosterone to compensate for the lost amounts of semen.

However, you can’t use sex as a way to boost instantly your testosterone production. Right after sex, a man’s testosterone levels are lower than normally. The reason is, that it is in our nature to relax after we get satisfaction. This applies to women also, but we’re the ones that usually take the blame.

2. Working out

Workouts are a great way to boost your testosterone levels. Testosterone is responsible for the synthesis of proteins in your body – the building blocks of the muscle tissue. So a workout makes you both more potent and better looking.

3. Eating the right foods

Warning! This will shock you. The foods that boost testosterone levels are not the ones you previously thought. Most people think that exotic fruits are the best foods for this job. The truth is quite different.

None of the statements you will read is FDA approved, but they are the truth, and only the truth. Your body produces testosterone from cholesterol. Which means, that when you try to cut down on your cholesterol intake, you will cripple your ability to produce testosterone.

You might say “But isn’t cholesterol harmful?” High cholesterol levels are harmful, yes. However, only 20% of the cholesterol in your body comes from foods. Which means, that the other 80% are produced by the body. And it can adjust the production depending on YOUR intake of cholesterol.
